Micro Movers
Our Micro Mover class is designed for 3-year-olds, serving as a stepping stone to our Mini Mover classes.
Mighty Movers
Our Mighty Mover classes for dancers ages 5-6 build on skills learned as Mini Movers.
Mega Movers
Mega Mover classes prepare dancers ages 7-8 to eventually move into our Level II classes.
AIM - Abilities In Motion
AIM dance classes recognize how movement serves an integral role in helping the brain function at its best and is created for individuals with learning differences and a wide variety of diagnoses.
Level I & II
We offer several class options for Level I & II dancers. There is no age requirement for Level I & II as these classes are based on intermediate and advanced skill level.
Adults
And finally, last but certainly not least, NBDC has several options to move and groove well past the age of 18.
